Many e-com store owners focus almost exclusively on their FB ads campaigns, and think that this is the ONLY thing that is needed to scale continuously.

In fact, a lot of them might even think that they are just one FB ad “hack” away from scaling to 7–8 figure months.

But here’s the thing…

Once you’re able to do at least $50–60k in monthly revenue profitably and consistently, then there are other factors that could affect how quickly your store is able to scale.

And one of the most important but often neglected factors is ensuring all your key e-com…

Divorce is one of the most unpleasant experiences a person could ever go through. The negotiations are gruesome, going back and forth to each party until they finally agree to settle on some common ground. Divorce is venomous, and the separation can be brutal for one or both sides.

The world of basketball is no stranger to nasty divorces. And no, I’m not talking about Kobe Bryant and his wife Vanessa (because they still stayed together despite the cheating), or some other baller and his wife who may or may have not separated. It’s a divorce between two teammates.

What is the first thing that comes to mind when we talk about leadership? Is it about making people follow you? Or is it about having the skill and capacity to run an organization? Is it the ability to influence or persuade others to be better?

If we are to search for its definition online, we will be faced with several different definitions available, mostly from experts and gurus who have a lot of experience in leadership.

There are a lot of leadership styles and approaches that one can acquire, imbibe, or be inspired to be able to do something…

Socrates once famously said, “My friend…care for your psyche…know thyself, for once we know ourselves, we may learn how to care for ourselves”

And this has been shortened to two words that truly resonate with each one of us: know thyself. Because if you don’t, then how do you expect others to know you as well?

Last week, we shared about the importance of two things. The first step is accepting the story of your life and writing down your key plans and priorities. And second is the ability and willingness to create a daily habit of meditation for self-reflection.

With everything that’s been going on in the world today and the rapid pace of our lives have pushed us to be robotic, monotonous creatures, self-awareness is really a huge concept to discuss.

Self-awareness is a topic that has really elicited a lot of controversial ideas, questions, comments, and insights from the masses.

And this particular behavior pillar is quite important to apply in our daily lives or in every given situation. Self-awareness forces us to take a look at ourselves in the mirror and confront the deepest issues within us.

When you ask someone who is in their 20’s or 30’s — currently working and starting to build their career to pursue sustainability and financial security — about their own opinion on “living a good life”, what do you think their answer will be?

What we can get may be relative to the person’s point of view and their perception about how to live a good life. …

In our lifetime, we are all witnesses to how the greatest of athletes achieved discipline and success beyond what was normal.

We are amazed by their greatness whenever we witness a championship game or when a record is broken which propels that athlete to the top.

More than the accomplishments, I think one of the reasons why we are being drawn to these people is because they are able to pinpoint their passion and be good at what they do.

It’s not just limited to athletes, but there are musicians, artists, skilled workers, business people, and notable figures who excel…

There’s a an anonymous quote I heard back when I was in college, and it speaks to me as loudly now as it did then. It says,

Loneliness is not the absence of joy but a lack of direction.

If we ponder on it, the old adage is saying that we feel loneliness not because there aren’t elements around us that can make us happy. In fact, everyone has the ability to look for the silver lining in every gray cloud. The rainbow after the rain.

Rather, loneliness is created by the feeling of not knowing where to go, what…

Success has highly tangible personal elements. These are characteristics and competencies that are indistinguishable for some, yet the most prominent leaders in the world easily know it when they see it.

Four in particular are the most coveted because of the level of impact they create in an organizational and communal level.

Nothing beats high moral and ethical standards. There are those that can successfully sneak their evil, narcissistic ways. But in the end, it’s still the one with the moral compass that leads people towards success.

Being a person of integrity ultimately creates and fosters a trusting environment…

What do you want to do with your life?

Wow, that’s such a tough, hard-hitting question! And if you’re like anyone else, you’re certainly taken aback by this question as well if this was asked by an acquaintance.

Honestly, we’re not really used to being asked this question, and it’s simply because we are afraid to tackle it. Because it confronts our biggest fear.

The fear of not knowing.

We don’t want to be asked this question because we don’t know the answer. Or at least we think we don’t.

Believe it or not, a vast majority of the world’s…
